KΩSMETOLÓGIE Beauty Atelier is an Aveda Exclusive luxury salon in Chesapeake, Virginia, built around artistry, education, wellness, and unforgettable guest experiences. We are looking for talented, service-driven stylists who want more than a chair – they want mentorship, growth, a supportive team, and a beautiful environment where their work is valued.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver customized cuts, color, styling, treatments, and finishing services
- Create thoughtful consultations and lasting guest relationships
- Educate guests on professional homecare without high-pressure selling
- Provide signature Aveda guest rituals
- Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming station
- Participate in education, salon events, promotions, and team initiatives
We’re Looking For
- Positive, professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Passionate about beauty, wellness, and five-star guest service
- Coachable, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow clientele and income
Qualifications
- Current Virginia Cosmetology License
- 2+ years salon experience preferred; exceptional new graduates may apply
- Strong haircutting, coloring, communication, and consultation skills
- Availability for day/evening hours and Saturdays
